LACTOSILO GOLD is a second-generation heterofermentative silage inoculant that adds the benefits of Lactobacillus buchneri bacteria. LACTOSILO GOLD optimizes lactic fermentation, accelerating the process and achieving stability of the material in more acidic pH values. This prevents loss of nutritional value and minimizes the development of fungi and mycotoxins thereof. In addition, thanks to the presence of Lactobacillus buchneri, LACTOSILO GOLD improves aerobic stability of silage, namely, the stability of the material when it is opened, reducing degradation of the exposed side during livestock supply. LACTOSILO GOLD reduces proliferation of yeasts, which allows maintaining the temperature of the exposed side at lower values than with traditional inoculants, which favors forage reserves quality even after opening of the same.

TYPE OF RESERVES: LACTOSILO GOLD is used in every type of reserve: pasture silage, whole plant silage, silo pack and moist grain.

TYPE OF SILOS: it can be used in all types of silos, but it is especially recommended for self-feeding silos, silos with a large exposed side during feeding or silos with low daily rate of extraction.
